Ease of bidding and pick-up
The bidding process was easy and fun. I wanted to attend the live auction but it started storming so I bid from home. After winning it was a pleasure to pick up my items at the store. They are very courteous and the place is fun to look around

Great Customer Service
Bought some items at the last auction and we were out of town. Could not meet the pickup deadline in time. They met us at the store on a day they were closed so we could pick up the items. That’s great customer service! Thank you!

Item was listed incorrectly
I purchased an item and it was listed incorrectly. The size was wrong. I contacted the auction house several times emailing them and was told somebody would get back with me. They never did. I finally had to put a dispute in to American express. Once I did that they not only contacted me they almost harassed me, during a holiday. I mean they called me every day. I ship the item back, I did not get reimbursed for the shipping, and they listed my invoice as unpaid when they haven’t paid me beck for their error. So far they owed me money. I do have the emails and the proof of what I am saying is true. I don’t appreciate being ignored, and then harassed over their mistake.

Ask for condition report
Overall a good experience. The person I spoke with was very nice. My only issue is that there was no mention of discolor or condition mentioned. Some sort of residue on the necklace I purchased that could not be seen in the photos. Ask questions.

Not a good experience!!
My husband and I drove 45 minutes to pick up necklace. I called before we left to let them know we were coming. When I arrived, the necklace was with the owner. About 10 days later I received an email that they decided not to sell it to me and a refund would be issued. It was, but not for the full amount. Seems there was a "processing fee." Too many other businesses to do business with, not DejaVu. Sorry.

The refund was for the full amount you paid as you can see in the refund receipt that was emailed to you. We do not charge a processing fee. If PayPal charged you a processing fee, that is something you will have to inquire with them about. The bag and earrings you had purchased March 25 was not picked up until May 10th. When you arrived, we made sure to waive All storage fees ($10 per day if the item is not picked up within 14 days of auction). After almost two months, we still had the items for you and gave them to you. The necklace (watch fob) you purchased in the auction May 5th was flagged due to a clerking error and therefore we could not sell the lot to you. Therefore, we canceled all bids/payments for this specific lot. As an auction house, we have to follow procedure. I hope this experience hasn't discouraged you from bidding in future auctions, I'd be happy to personally see that you are satisfied in the future. Thank you
