I AM, COMPLETELY, SATISFIED WITH ALL OF MY MANY INTERACTIONS WITH 'LIVE AUCTION' HOUSES! SINCERELY, WILLIAM (BILL) , PHD

I had nonotifications that I was being out bidded. I was the hi bidder on 8 or 9 items I bided them up. I thought the auction was over I come to find out I lost out on most everyone to internet bidding. I had no idea. I was very very upset. I spent a lot of my time wasted with no warning. Jasper 52 is the absolute worst auction I have ever participated in.

Stop stealing money from clients. Answer to emails asking why you have stolen money or sold the item I clearly won to another bidder. (Seem to answer only the emails you want to answer) If the theft is due to the sellers then stop letting the sellers operate on your site. Stop treating me like some dog ********** you have on the bottom of your shoe.

All their items are shipped by third parties, which has made returns very difficult.

Seller misrepresents items and on more than one purchase, I paid several times what they were worth. I will spread the word.

A seller never sent my purchase and Jasper called them and emailed numerous times hoping for answers. Because they 'defaulted' Jasper made sure I was credited and gave me 20 % off my next purchase. Lovely dealing with this company!!

? I had to send 3 emails over a week's time before I get an answer to a question about my auction winnings. When I finally got an answer, it was hazy obfuscation. I had to send essentially the same question with slightly different wording (really, it wasn't that complicated) before I got a clear answer. They overcharge for shipping.

You need to get your Mobil app straightend out.

The pictures of the items i purchased did not depict the items accurately. they are shown to be much more glossy and lighter in color than the actual items.

I have now purchased 5 items and have been satisfied with all. The were very fast and efficient in helping me obtain COAs from one of their consigners. I really appreciated that!

I appreciate the 15 % premium and I have had some good resolution by phone with the staff when problem/s arose. A more complete description of the Japanese prints: date of printing recarved printing especially, and photo of the back by the listing vendor. Single print shipping from domestic vendor more on the low end, unless insurance is purchased and mentioned by vendor.

1) Payment is sometimes confusing and sometimes if you do not want to use PayPal difficult; 2) Delivery is sometimes loooooong!; 3) I bid on one lot of two items where one was completely hidden by the other and 4) I lost one auction where I had the highest bid but another person on a different "platform" had the same bid and that person got the bid?????

Liveauctions needs to police the authenticity of some of the works of art. No one is selling rothko or other blue chip artist on there site. The rolex auctions are questionable-selling standard used rolexs for more than than new prices. the low estimates are simply to hook people into the auctions. some shams on site

frequently essential information as the SIZE of an object is omitted; frequently payment and shipping instructions are confusing; on summary page of payments made, the is the notification "contact auctioneer" or "contact auction company" when there is no need to do so (as notice is given that item is paid and shipped; used to send me to phone only to be told everything is fine); despite these comments, the auctions are fun and well run

I find Jasper 52 the easiest auction house to deal with. They have great variety and are the easiest auction house to find an item and then return to the item to increase my bid. With one exception all items have arrived promptly. I would highly recommend Jasper 52 and have done so on many occasions.

There was a delay in shipping my purchase, but I was notified in an email, which I really appreciated.

Especially like the ease of shipping and reasonable buyers fee %. dont like the high reserves.

I never received the item I won. I called 3 times and was told someone would get back to me. They never did. Next thing I know a credit has been issued because they can't contact the seller. Ecen though I emphasized that I wanted the item I won. What rot! Will never bid on any item with this site again.

Pleased to have a simple way to bid on U. S. lots and have them shipped at a reasonable price. Plan to increase my bidding at your site. Bill
