Overall, my experience with the auction house has been very positive. The only issue that I have is that the quality of the photos is sometimes less than adequate.

The dress on all the photos had a completely different color than the real ones. No one has sent me a payment receipt or a shipment information. Whatever a beautiful way of packing.

I would never order again. Each stone was wrapped with tooooooo much tape it took 20 minutes to cut through each piece. Totally ridiculous Who in their right mind would think a gem stone could break in shipping a roll of scotch is plain stupid

I have sent multiple emails regarding this piece and have not received the item, nor any response to the emails! So, am basically unsatisfied! However, I have bought from them in the past and have not had any problems!

The item did not ship as promised I had to call and then it shipped will not work with them again.

Shipping charge is very high.

Able to call them & get answers to my questions! Their sister auction house Live Auctioneers does not answer the phone or return calls!!!!! Really poor service. They could take lessons from their competitor Invaluable, who take good care of their clients.

They sent me a xerox copy of a pen and ink drawing; they had advertized it as an original drawing; when I complained they asked me to send them a photo of the xerox; well a photo of a xerox or of an original is the same thing. I have a BA in Art History and I know the difference between an original pen an ink drawing and a xerox copy of same. I won't be using your auction house again! Lawrence

I ‚ Ä ô d asked jasper to have seller delay shipping of lot so as to add possible purchase in ongoing sale. Whether its jaspers fault or sellers he shipped it day before second sale ended so i was stuck w extra shipping charge. Also i was charged US shipping rate and $for a sale within canada. Both unfair and dissatisfying.

Great seller. Payment was easy and they took care of shipping.

You contacted me about an item and I made an offer and it was accepted. You sent me an invoice, however there were repeated problems, and even though I was willing to pay for the item, you never resolved the problem. Specifically, the first invoice I had included a link that did not work (INVOICE # **********). I sent emails about this but they were ignored. I finally received a call that suggested that I had never tried to pay or reach out. I corrected them, re-explained the problem, and reiterated that I was happy to pay by credit card or check. But they wouldn't let me do that. The only alternatives they gave me was an electronic invoice that did not work or a wire transfer. I don't have time to go to the bank and make a wire transfer happen. So I doubt I will buy from Jasper52 going forward because there were too many problems. Very disappointing.

You do everything right. I love your offerings (as you can tell by my auction wins!), shipping is superb. Wonderful experience overall, I don't buy from many auction houses, so I can't say your the best, but your the best.

Jasper's dispute policy doesn't allow for much time to elapse between winning a bid and paying. Never had a dispute before and was travelling so I was a little behind in getting to payment and it went to dispute very quickly. I have since paid and dispute was resolved but never had a problem before. Goods received today.

The dealer was slow in responding to messages/questions. I never received a final answer on my last request when an item I purchased was listed for another auction. They were prompt in shipping and packaging ensured safe delivery. I wonder about the authenticity of the items and their certificate isn ‚ Ä ô t like any other I ‚ Ä ô ve received-very basic laminated note (with a typo) that makes me question it. I will probably try to find someone local to confirm the claims/description. I purchased four items from two auctions. Pictures were accurate.

One of if not the best auction house I've dealt with.

Descriptions of shipping cost were not clear and transparent, apparently due to combining multiple sellers with multiple shipping costs and policies into one auction. There was no single location to identify the shipping terms. I relied on the description provided on one of the pages, but it turned out those terms did not apply to items on other pages. Very unprofessional approach, bordering on deceptive. Will not do business with this house again.

They charge $38 flat rate per garment for shipping. I think that is ridiculously high and it had been almost 2 weeks since the auction and I had to email them to ask them if they had ship the items. They never responded to my email. I received the items and they were all crammed into this box. The item on the left has one garment. The middle and right hand side bags both have two long garments each stuffed in. Well I was hoping I could attach the image of how the articles arrived. Suffice it to say that I will not be shopping with this auction house again.

The photographs were modern reproductions. I contacted them to let them know and received no response. I would never buy art or collectables from them.
