I "won" a wooden watermelon slice that was not antique or even vintage and have been unsuccessful in attempts to return it. Is "20th c." enough of a description to validate items on Jasper 52? The item is a gift shop decorative item and not a store display piece. After 45 years in the business, I know what I'm looking at. They do not mention on condition report color and dye bleeding on the Rugs

First I would like to say. The shipping procedure was very slow. The tracking that I was sent. I could never find all of my purchases. At best all the labels came back with label created but not in the system. So I would like you to explain to why this kind of thing is allowed to be. I am very upset with this AUCTION. This not good for the people that you are standing by that commitment

Get rid of the reserve. Just start the bidding at the reserve amount. Nothing more irritating than finding out I wasted my time bidding on something that doesn't meet the reserve.

Shipping fee of $120 for a single about 1oz pkg from India. Unacceptable rate for 12 small gemstones valued at $60. Seller combined the shipping but not the fees.

I trust Jasper52 and they have always been very reliable.

Just think thier estimates need work.. I mean when an item has an estimate of 3000-3400 and I win it for less than 10 $then I don’t think I got a bargain it’s obvious that the estimate was very wrong!

The description disclosed some repairs to the rug but they were not shown in the photos. The age wear and repairs were significantly bigger than I thought based on the description and photos. It is still a very nice rug-just a little unwelcome surprise.

Shipping costs are unrealistic; they are not near actual shipping costs.

I asked to have the 7 stones I purchased sent in one parcel instead of paying $10 shipping for each stone. They said this was impossible since they were from different sellers. Guess what they all came in in one parcel. I fell that they stole $60 in excess shipping charges from me. Since I am on the board of directors for our local gem and mineral club this will be a topic of discussion at our next meeting. Buyer beware.

They make shipping a part of the process, which is very convenient.

I won three items. After 6 weeks of waiting, during which I have written several demands I have received one of the items (broach) two items are still undelivered (cameo, pendant)

They charged 75.00 to ship 5 small unframed silhouettes. They put them, unwrapped!!! In a priority mail envelope that cost $6.00 to ship. Pretty shocking that it was shipped that way/NO Wrapping at all for antique silhouettes!! Will never ever bid on anything from Jasper. Live Auctioneers should not allow Jasper to be part of their auctions!

There were website/app tech glitches on one of their recent auctions which significantly disrupted auction bidding and delayed auction at several times for extended period. In such an instance, would be super helpful for LiveAuctioneers Support Team and/or the auction house to send a message to auction bidders on issue awareness and resolution. Bill

The Jasper52 Happiness Team has consistently been terrific. They answer questions in a timely manner and much of my business has been because of their great customer service.

Most of the time the purchases have been great. The one item I wanted the most, I bought, the item was then pulled from inventory, and I was devastated to find out they credited my account and pulled the item. That was not a good experience, but the fact that their buyer’s premium is low and they take care of shipping makes them one of the best to deal with.
