In this case, a short review is good. This was a straightforward transaction, and I had no issues with it. I will be watching this auction house.

They were so awesome and my dolls were packaged so so good. I am a very happy customer. Will use them again.

Preferred shippers over inflate there mailing costs. Over $US80 to send a $US5 plush toy. Still awaiting combined shipping on a second plush toy winning bid.

We ended up paying the invoice without sending the item. I quoted the shipping beforeahand, but the final cost trippled. So I paid and let them keep the artwork. I just don't want to spend more time or money on an item less than $10.

I won the item and paid almost immediately back in mid December. I've reached out and they keep sharing that they will reach out when someone gets back that deals with shipping. I originally reached out Dec 14 and am still yet to get anything. I get the holidays are busy but going on a month of winning an item, and paying for the item, yet not even getting shipping directions after almost a month is concerning.

Love this auction and entire staff especially I believe Kevin in shipping who goes above and beyond his responsibilities to customers. I always seem to find somethin I can’t live without at this auction. See you next auction.

Both rapid estates liquidators and mail & more did an excellent job on these items being shipped and described to me. Mail & more did beyond excellent in packaging and shipping services. I received these items in good condition and in a timely manner. Well satisfied!

I have never received my first items that I win which was on Dec. 11th 2023. It is now January 1st 2024. I was told by the shipper mail and more which is an outside shipper that the items were being held in house to ship by auction rapid estate liquidators, when I contacted mail & more about my second win items, which mail & more sent right to me. They said then they would pick up the items and I’d get an email about the shipping cost … I’d did t get one, then I contacted rapid estate liquidators, they said mail & more had the items and I told them I’d never got an email for shipping cost. In the mean time mail & more sent me what they said was another (2nd) notice on shipping but by the time I saw that rapid estate liquidators sent me a message that they were going to get the items back and ship them by the in house shipping, and sent me an invoice … well I still haven’t received an invoice from rapid estate liquidators and I haven’t received my items … at this point I don’t know who’s got what! Or if I’m ever going to receive my items!

From the very beginning, Rapid Estate Liquidators and Auction Gallery has been Great. Email correspondence with them had immediate responses and they answered all of my questions/concerns. Shipping was quick and the packaging was performed very carefully so I received the item without damage. I will not hesitate to bid with them again in the future. They are Professional and act as such. Bid with confidence.

I have never spent so much on shipping. The shipping costs from this auction house was more than double what I paid for the lot. I understand it was glass but when I pay more than $40.00 for shipping I'm expecting more than my item being wrapped up a few times in plastic and then a ton of paper in the box. If I ever decide to bid with again and I win, I'll definitely make sure to try and secure other shipping options. I prefer the convenience of going through the auction due to my busy schedule but what they charge is ridiculous! I'm satisfied with my item but disappointed that the shipping was more than the 1 item I won.

Sent multiple emails to combine the shipping, never got any respond. One person does not know what the other does. Was charged for shipping twice. Owner was ok to loose a customer instead of working things out.

Purchased 2 items on different days, asked multiple times to combine the shipping. No one ever got back to me. Was charged for the shipping twice. Been in communication with Auction house many times after. Nicely was brushed off

Beautiful dolls. And staff did a wonderful job. Arrived quickly and well packaged.

it got loose almost inmediatly after my daughter put it on her thin wristle. I felt really ashamed …. And lost my money. Upon contacting the Auction house they answered they did not think I was right and the item was sold As Is. Never again!
