Hello Andrew, it states multiple times in the terms and conditions as well as on your invoice that it is your responsibility to followup with a shipper of choice and make arrangements. Our in-house shipper sent you a quote (without being notified) on 12-29-22, the day after you won the item and you never responded to them (per the documentation). I don't see any calls from you on our recorded phone lines to arrange. I also spoke to our preferred shipper and they never received any communication from you. So please tell me who you contacted to arrange shipping and pay for shipping to get the item you won in December (and just now following up in April 2023)?

That is NOT the case. You are in Canada. You received quotes and did not want to pay the International Fees and Import Fees. You even responded to emails that we sent stating that, in which we offered to hold your item and let you build up inventory prior to shipping. We can't control International Shipping Fees but we welcome any shipper of choice and even stated you can look for other shippers. Your response was "Live and Learn I Guess". So you were contacted...... you just decided to not have the item shipped.
