You purchased this item on 1-19-2023 with no scheduled visits or video conferencence to confirm your interest in the item prior. After the auction on 1-22-23 you are asking for information on an item you already purchased which was provided back to you on the 23rd. Since you are an attorney, I would believe that you read the terms that you agreed to that state several issues that you raise, including: 1. All Property is sold as-is, where is, with all faults, known & unknown, with NO Guarantees or Warranties, expressed or implied. This includes, but not limited to condition, authenticity, testing, completeness for any and all purposes. Buyer is bidding solely on their own inspection, own determination of value and own decision on bidding. All Sales are FINAL!!! NO RETURNS, NO CREDITS AND NO EXCEPTIONS. The bidder is responsible for determining all aspects of the item they are bidding on. Moreover, the Auctioneer will not be held responsible for any variations in appearance of online photographs. Though we try to keep "fakes and forgeries" out of the auction, there is always the chance of them being present in any sale. Previewing is available prior to every sale. Rapid Estate Liquidators and Auction Gallery takes no responsibility for errors or omissions of any kind, including descriptions and photographs. Rapid Estate Liquidators and Auction Gallery does try to have accurate, all in "Good Faith" descriptions and photography but unable to guarantee. After paying your invoice, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO arrange shipping in-house, by our preferred shipper or a shipper of your choice. Shipper that will pick up from gallery: Mail and More-auctions@mailandmore.com, 407-299-7328. If you have multiple invoices, please inform the shipper to combine shipping. If you plan to pick up, please schedule an appointment to visit gallery. We appreciate each of you!!" on the invoice and in the terms. I just verified that you never reached out to the in-house shipping team nor the preferred shipper, so WHO DID YOU HIRE TO SHIP???? Reading and communicating is pretty easy to do, which is why we have auctions daily and many happy clients with no issues receiving their items. Sorry we are not a good fit for you.

WOW FRED!!! You have been a bidder with us for years and several auctions. I know nothing about this until a Saturday before Christmas???? I wish you would have reached out prior. I am not familiar with any delays on any orders currently and we are offering in-house shipping to make it more feasible for our regular customers as an alternative. What shipper did you use? Wednesday was an early day due to a Holiday (Thanksgiving) and I don't see you logged in on our phone system which records every call. You can call anytime, M-F 8:30am to 5:00pm 407-295-6334. Obviously, I have no clue why you would give a 1-star.
