You have told three different stories about a gold bracelet. I tried to help you with filing a claim and you did not want to do that. Based on the multiple stories, it sounds to me like buyers remorse. We offer in-person and video previews on any item you are interested, buy you did not do that. The bracelet was properly photographed and described. The amount you paid is right around the gold melt rate. We are talking about a $100 Gold bracelet and not a $5000 Gold Bracelet. Michael, I personally responded to your emails over a weekend (when my employees are off) to let you know that there was no contact made to the shipping department, only that you told Live Auctioneers that you would have the items shipped. I told you no worries, that I would waive the $25/per day storage fee and the forfeiture and you were grateful and even said you would be "delighted to pay" on Monday. That was done, you paid and you were sent and received the item. This is why it is never good to waive fees that are in the terms and conditions, Here we try to make you happy and hoping to have you continue as a regular customer of ours, to only get a 1-star review, because you did not reach out to the shipper or the shipper of your choice until after the deadline. In the future read the terms and conditions before bidding at other auction houses. Very disappointed, Mary Dees

You purchased your item July 26th and did not contact about shipping, until Saturday, August 26, 2023, in which I personally and immediately responded to you multiple times on Saturday the 26th, Sunday the 27th and Monday the 28th, asking who you made arrangements for shipping with and would never answer, stating you did????? It clearly states that you have 5 days after an auction to make arrangements before being charged $25/day and after 10 days the item (s) will be forfeit. You said you were contacting your insurance company, so I stopped all communication. You have nothing showing me you arranged, so instead of forfeiting, I will allow for the 29 days of holding your item (through this Friday, September 1st), since you have failed to do anything you were suppposed to do and then rudely refused to help yourself and now provided a 1-star review. Please let me know when to expect the $725 for storage and who you make shipping arrangements with. I have tried extremely hard to help you and you continue to threaten, so I hate doing this but it is in the terms and conditions. Again you are welcome to share the terms and conditiions with your insurance company and attorney that I did send you. They are also welcome to reach out to me and our attorney.
