Description: xxii, 69 pp. 36x27 cm (14¼x10¾"), printed paper wrappers.Affidavit of the Chief Engineer of the Spring Valley Water Company filed in the United States Circuit court. Notable is his opposition to a plan being floated by the city to shift from reliance on the company to a municipal water system supplied from the Tuolumne River and what would eventually become the Hetch Hetchy Reservoir. Schussler had previously drawn up an important report on the city's water supply following the 1906 earthquake.
Condition
Wrappers chipped with minor loss, lightly soiled, most spine perished, leaves with some edgewear and creasing but mostly clean; very good.
