Early Keystone Ride-On Water Tower

Description

Painted pressed steel with rubber wrapped steel hubs 31" long. Its fairly complete, missing 1 side ladder, some hose deterioration. Water tank appears intact and whole. Siren sound works, has original wood steering handle, NO seat. It has areas of surface rust and pitting, hard to tell how it may clean up. Original instruction tag included. Examine photos closely.
