Cal. 58. NSN. Standard configuration, 25" barrel with "pinched" front sight and adjustable rear sight. Lock marked "1864" at tail & "C.S. / RICHMOND, VA" forward of hammer. Middle sling swivel on trigger bow has long been removed. Brass buttplate, iron nose cap, straight threaded ramrod. CONDITION: Good overall, dark iron patina to barrel & furniture, lock is gray and smooth. PROVENANCE: Bob Allispones estate collection. (01-28694/JS). ANTIQUE. $3,000-4,000.
