Early 20th Century. An antique fly whisk that would have been a symbol of power, and a very useful tool to get rid of flies. Possibly east African. Some of the wire at the top of the Whisk is coming unravelled, but it displays well. Likely made with elephant hair. Previous provenance private collection Los Angeles.
