Details:

Collection of four vintage silver gelatin photographs depicting President John F. Kennedy at official events and diplomatic engagements. The group includes three 8 x 10 inch double-weight photographs and one trimmed example measuring approximately 4 x 9 inches. Each photograph has been enhanced with commemorative First Day of Issue postage stamps and cancellations dated May 29, 1964, in Boston, Massachusetts.

The photographs depict Kennedy with foreign dignitaries and during official presentations, including a handshake with a visiting statesman, a meeting with diplomats, and a demonstration of Project Mercury equipment. The stamps and postmarks were added after the photographs were produced as commemorative presentation pieces.
