Chinese QIng porcelain bowl, finely potted with round cavetto gracefully elevated the steep sides, raised from concaved foot base. The exterior delicately decorated with blue underglaze hand painting of dragons amidst flames and clouds. This inadvertently gave texture, energy and shading to the design. with finest material, the whiteness, the glaze, the painting, and the shape. Without overlap the outlines of the design, well drawn, clear, subtle, and distinct. The clay is fine and exquisite, the glaze smooth, brilliant with a moist appearance, the finishing meticulous.
Mark on base, six underglaze blue script -KaiShu- characters reign mark, KangXi Reign Period of Great Qing.
