ALREADY PICKED UP FROM THE AUCTION AFTER THIS-BLOWN AWAY BY THOSE PIECES. SINCE THIS IS FOR WESPORT-WE LOVE YOU GUYS, ALWAYS HAVE, ONE DAY I WILL MAKE IT TO AN AUCTION OR PREVIEW AS TONY SAID YOU'RE ADA COMPLIABLE (OF COURSE, HE DIDN'T CHECK THE BATHROOMS...). HE DID TELL ME ONE THING, WHEN HE SAW THE PIECES IN REAL LIFE THIS TIME HE WAS SHOCKED AS THE PHOTOGRAPHY DID NOT DO THE JUSTICE. I AM SAYING THIS ONLY AS A FRIEND, NOT UNKINLY AND BECAUSE WE'RE NOTICING IT MORE & MORE, SHORTLY TO HAVE OUR FIRST AUCTION-WISH US LUCK ON BIDSQUARE. HOPE YOU'LL LOOK, WE SHOUL BE UP IN TWO WEEKS. Their UPS shipper was slow and disorganized

I know not your fault, but the shipping cost more than 2 times what I paid for the item, the item arrived broken and I still have not heard back on what they plan on doing about it-not happy

I have problems with the 2 UPS stores serving Westport. Love the auction company, don't like the UPS stores.

I think the recommended shipper I used (UPS Store) from your recommended list was prohibitively expensive. I bought a smaller, non fragile item with it's own padded case. The cost to ship (to Reading, PA) was $35. It arrived with a much larger box than required and excessive bubble wrap, truly overkill. It would be great if Westport could use their leverage and try to negotiate a percentage discount from the recommended shippers, since you undoubtedly bring the a lot of business. I would feel better about bidding with you if you promoted UPS discounted shipping (on smaller item). Thank You, R G.

I still have a bad feeling from my experience with this auction house. I made a mistake on my app with the bid on a painting, I felt very insulted on the call when I tried to fix this error. I had two witnesses to the call who did not think I was worked up even when I was being called a liar and insulted on the phone. I also did not appreciate my business manager being spoken down to and hung up on when she tried to be thorough. I appreciate the one auction being cancelled but I had wanted to buy the other item. Very unprofessional and rude way of conducting business.

The box was locked without a key. It took me an hour to make a skeleton key and open the box.

Been working with them for years through their many changes. Will always work with them-buy holy cow-that new website (their own) must be for 21 year old buyers. I can't see a ********** thing, but I appreciate that they immediately sent us our number so we can use it. No problem staying home on Westport day. Always worth it!

The description of the moravian star pendant lamps said "no issues," yet I was given a clear glass lamp that had 3 cracked panes that had been scotch taped together. Since the auction was to clear out a closed lighting store, it was not worth my time to go back to them and argue about the damaged lamp.
