One chandelier I purchased was actually shiny gold paint and appeared in the photo to be dark steel color. We couldn't find it when I went to pick it up because we were looking for the wrong color.

Would be nice to be able to pay cash electronically via fee-free bank-to-bank transfer. There's really no reason to be using paper checks at this point.

Shipping cost $70. All other places I have purchased items through were way more reasonable and completed shipping in house. Will not purchase anything through this auction house again.

I forgot to mention that after paying a ridiculous $17.63 (they had originally quoted $33.) to ship 5 pieces of small jewelry the package arrived all jewelry thrown into a plastic bag in a small USPS box and the chains were all knotted, took me an hour with a straight pin to unknot the chains, despicable!

I had a very difficult time finding a shipper, 2 out of 3 shippers never responded and they were slow at responding to any and all requests also. I felt their one shipper that did finally respond was gouging me on the shipping price. I will not bidding on their auctions in the future. They did "try" to rectify my issues eventually, too little too late in my opinion. Maybe they were having a bad day and everyone else had a positive experience, I don't know...

Lot not yet received. I just contacted the auction house to see if it was picked up by UPS # 0185 to ship so if it was I can contact them. Bert **********

Worst experience ever. The coins I won are FAKE, the auctioneer did not return calls for week, and when I finally called him, he was rude Their answer-"we did not know, but hell no, you not getting a refund. You took a chance and lost". When you put an estimate 1000-2000 $on coins they better be what you describe them as. I am 100 % sure they knew they put fakes, as they took them off from the January Auction and relisted them Feb 25 th. I will get money back, one way or another. I will consult with an attorney, bank is already working a claim, needs third party verification. The reviews I will leave at the end on every social media site. We feel auction house was not completely forthcoming with details regarding the condition in two requested condition reports. Two purchased items had wear and tear beyond what would be considered normal and this was not disclosed in the condition report.

It was a great experience. The photo and personal help when I called or emailed were great. However the description said the table was 37 "x 37" when the table arrived it was 44 "x 44". Seven sq inches larger. Just tighter squeeze in the space but still a beautiful item.

the item was completely destroyed during shipping. Unprofessional wrapping, in addition sent to wrong address. Never more.

The description was not inaccurate, just very scant. The wharehouse has no signage and the street address is not the entrance.

Such a fast transaction. I already have my doll and she was packed and shipped very well. Great experience!
