Shipping delayed because of FFL issues on their end. Had to resend info.
My shipping was taking longer than normal. I had to contact them to find out why this was happening. They informed me that my FFL info did not upload properly. "We do see where you submitted a web form for the FFL, although the license did not upload when you submitted this and thus the license did not come through." I resubmitted the FFL license via email. A week later the item still had not shipped. I phoned them again and spoke to a different person and had to resubmit the FFL a third time. 2 days later my item finally shipped. Both of the individuals I spoke to were courteous and friendly, but I think their process needs to be refined.

Hello: Thank you for your purchase and feedback. I feel it appropriate to clarify your comment. The auction took place on 12/22. You did not pay your invoice until 12/31. Invoices are not released to shipping until they are paid. Your invoice was shipped/picked up by USPS on 1/10. I clarify as it is not the case where the auction took place and the invoice was immediately paid. Had this been the case, the invoice would have shipped sooner. | We also provide/communicate in our terms of sale, invoice email, and receipt email the following as it pertains to shipping: "Note: Following payment of your invoice, depending on the number of invoices in queue, shipping may take up to 14 business days. Our shipping department processes as quickly as possible, but following an auction event hundreds of invoices enter the shipping queue and these take time to process." | We provide this information in advance of customers bidding so as to manage expectations. | We have a fully staffed in-house shipping department, but with this said, due to the complicated nature of the items we sell, it does to take time to process the invoices out of shipping. LITERALLY AMAZING AUCTION FROM BEGINING TO GETTING THE ITEMS!!!
The Auction has the items done with such wonderful descriptions and photos with everything described the good and the issues with the items. The process is seamless and so organized with emails explaining each step and payment so easy. The items arrived very fast and in Canada. The packing is excellent and the price for shipping is amazingly low in the time of covid when most are doing the opposite. I don't even know how they can ship for such a low price. I love the items and they are better than I thought and the quality items they get is truly breathtaking!! I feel a great honor to be able to bid with Centurion Auctions and see it as a privilege that I can be a buyer. I can't say enough about how wonderful the experience was.

A couple of comments
It took a while to get the invoice. By the time we had paid and it was shipped, it was a couple of weeks. We have done dealings with Centurion a few times and find them pleasant to deal with.

To address the concerns you mentioned in your review: | Invoices-Invoices are sent by email the day following auction. Accounting then continues to email unpaid invoices every 5 days. Accounting makes phone calls to outstanding invoices about 2 weeks after the sale. It is common for invoices to be caught in junk/spam folders and many buyers do not regularly check their junk/spam-thus they can fail to locate their invoice emails in a timely manner. | Shipping-We have a fully staffed in-house shipping department. Shipping information is fully explained in the terms of sale (to which all bidders agree), in the invoice email, and then again in the paid invoice receipt email. Shipping can take up to 14 business days. Following auction events, hundreds of invoices flood into the shipping queue and these take time to properly process/pack. I can say, our shipping department is among the best in the business and buyers consistently comment on the quality of our packing. They are meticulous and make absolutely certain items are packed correctly so as to arrive safely to the buyer. | Kind Regards, Centurion
