Hi Jon: Thank you for your feedback, although it is completely unwarranted. You took part in our 5/27 Militaria Auction. Invoices were sent on 5/28. Your invoice went unpaid and we continued to send your invoice by email on: 6/1/2021, 6/3/2021, 6/14/2021, 6/18/2021. In addition Accounting tried to reach you by phone on 6/18 and your voicemail was full. In addition Accounting sent you a message through LiveAuctioneers on 6/18. Each of these contacts was in attempt to contact you regarding your outstanding invoice. Payment was finally received with our 6/20 merchant batch settlement. This was 3 weeks after the invoices were first generated and sent. Once paid, your invoice was released to our shipping department. Your items were then packed and a shipping invoice sent by email. The shipping invoice has not been paid. Accounting has been sending your shipping invoice daily for well-over 2 weeks. Once the shipping invoice is paid, your package will ship and tracking will automatically send by email. We have done everything possible to contact you and collect your invoice. Now your package is sitting in our shipping department awaiting your action. Please contact me directly if you have any questions relating to your purchase with out gallery.
