Very good experience with A & O. Jasmine is very professional! She did excellent job and helped me with bidding and shipping. I can not say how much I appreciate.

I only wish I had taken the many recommendations I've received throughout the past couple of years to inquire more about this fantastic establishment, located a stone's throw away from me, earlier than I had! As somebody who collects "a bit of everything" it's not often to come across an auction house that offers such; and even less often do you find one with the professionalism, integrity, service, and general excellence of Ahlers & Ogletree. Not only are they above and beyond in their accommodation for your questions, inquiries, or logistical needs-but they are clearly passionate about art and collecting; and it shows. Whether it be the top quality administrative assistance and coordination of Ms. Jasmine, the thorough and sincere service for pickup and payment by Ms. Lauren, the excellent advice and knowledge of Mr. Jason; or the accessibility, honesty, and commitment to quality offered with integrity on behalf of the owner Mr. Ahlers himself-very rarely do you have the opportunity to find such a trusted and reliable brand who takes pleasure in adding to their clients 'collections, and with passionate glee while doing so. As stated, I only wish I had found out about them sooner; but better late than never! I look forward to seeing them develop to one of the East Coasts' most recognizable and top ranked auction houses in the years to come-as not only do they offer the impeccable quality in both products and services in-line with auction houses that have been around internationally for centuries: they manage to do so while taking the meaning of "southern hospitality" to a whole new level, with an empathetic and caring nature to any and all who are fortunate enough to cross paths with them in the world of fine arts and auctions. I got a lot from them that was completely the wrong dimensions (6 times bigger!!!!). It was a horrible experience to make them take it back. They finally did and now I have no lot and months later I am still waiting to be reimbursed my expenses. Absolutely awful

Well the website works and they do what they say they are going to do. Seems like A & O have it all figured out! Good folks on top of that!

They do a great job of photographing and describing the items accurately and they are as honest and legitimate as they come! I go to theiron live auctions as well as use liveauctioneers to make purchases in every sale they have. I pick up locally here in Atlanta so I can't speak for shipping concerns but for everything else they get 5 stars from me! Thank yiu guys so much

Overall, this place is pretty good. They have good stuff and allow ample time for people to come look at their stuff before the auction. It might be nice for them to allow a night sometime AFTER the auction for people to come pick up their items after getting off of work. The other thing that is annoying is that you get an upcharge for bidding online, EVEN IF you save them money (credit card feeds) by writing a check. Seems kind of counterintuitive unless you are paying for the technology component. But then again, that limits the number of people who will purchase online-well, if they know they are getting upcharged.
