I’m located in United States of America, so shipping was a little bit of a concern to me as a first time bidder to an overseas auction. But Hannam’s Auctioneers made everything so easy; excellent service from the representatives! They did a great job shipping the items and they arrived quickly without any damage. I received the lot I won without any hassle. The item was completely accurately represented and, overall, the entire experience was efficient, hassle-free and the item itself is exactly as I'd hoped and arrived expertly packed and in perfect condition.

Im very unhappy, I won a WALKING CANE but didn't realized that even that it was vintage its made by rhinoceros horn, They never specified that it was imposible to be shipped to the US, so now im stocked with my item without knowing what to do.

The package was very poorly packaged and arrived in multiple pieces. Having seen how they wrapped and shipped the package it is not at all surprising it was broken.

Hannam's make bidding, payment and shipping simple and easy. Their in-house shipping service for smaller items takes away the problem of organising collection by a third party shipper. Communication is friendly and helpful.

They always hide the damage part and show you the good side. They also refuse to respond.

Prompt and reasonably priced shipping services. Their condition reports are unreasonably brief and incomplete. My carriage clock had a broken glass panel and a rear door dislodged, which surely would have been apparent during their inspection. No mention of it in the condition report.
