I am very dissatisfied with your company's customer service! After I won this small bowl at the auction, I didn't receive the company's invoice, nor did I see the payment reminder message. When I found a complaint, I contacted the company and I would pay. Tell them, perhaps because during the spread of the epidemic, many things have been slow and failed to be dealt with in time, looking forward to forgiveness and understanding. But the company, not long ago, the invoice to me was wrong, and it required an additional shipping fee of 30 pounds. I replied to them that I had a good shipping company contacted. They do not need to be mailed. I hope they will cancel this freight charge. The next day, they replied: The porcelain bowl has been returned to the client and cannot be transacted. I asked them to cancel the dispute, but, for some reason, they had to charge me £ 25 to agree to cancel the dispute. Before and after I was forced to pay £ 25, I asked them to show me the basis for calculating the charges and provide an invoice. Lack of service awareness, inexplicable charges, and profit-making companies, no customers like it!

I bought antique Chinese Porcelain from them. They always hide the damage part in the listing pictures. And they told you damaged items are in good condition, if you think you are too welathy want to waste your money, this is good place.
