Good place to do business with. Everything I received was as described.

My fault, I know. There were no descriptions of condition of items and I forgot to ask, but it should always be listed by any auction house.

Transaction for auction out of the country. Very smooth and helpful. Highly recommend and will use again.

ONE and just one picture of the item I bought was perfect, description was also great but item was broken, had many wood splits and wood worm holes. All this information were missing and auction house never inform me about it. Shipping company pick up wrong item and almost send it to me, my fast reaction (because weight of my shipping box was too big) save me another problem because I would get somebody else item not mine. I will never buy anything from this auction house.

As has become far too common on liveauctioneers, inexperienced or unprofessional auction companies are using the dispute process as the go-to method for collecting payment. As example, literally while discussing payment and shipping options with this auction company, they filed a dispute. In this case it was likely a mistake, but more commonly, the most unprofessional of people hosting auctions on your site are obnoxious, belligerent and disrespectful about payment-probably because getting paid is difficult-but they seem to show no context with quality buyers, simply acting aggressively to get our attention rather than acting appropriately and politely.
