Unfortunately they don't care about the customer, money is taken and service not given, I purchased a product that 100 grams, instead of sending me an envelope at my expense, sending me to a delivery company, bad score

Terrible experience. Not as the seller described. It has cracks, chips, damaged hole. Not an honest seller. No return, nor refund. I won't buy anything again.

A damaged, broken object was offered, but this was not included in the description. I bought, I received, I complained, but they are not interested in this problem, I have not received compensation, they do not take back the items. They cheated me, even though I had bought from them many times. Everyone be careful because the auction house is not correct

The "Pair of Cut Glass Jars" was excellently described and photographed! The "Hammer Price" was amazing! The Jars were very professionally packed for safe shipment and arrived in the United States without issue! The entire experience and transaction was carefully handled and convenient, and I was very pleased with every aspect!
