Unfortunately I won't be buying from this auction house again. They wanted to charge shipping of $500 on a $375 won price for movie poster. Hakes and Heritage are better sources for movie posters and their shipping is good.

I purchased three lots of costume jewelry for over 800 dollars. I had contacted the contact person for in house shipping. She quoted me a ridiculously amount for shipping. Over 150 dollars to go from south florida to jacksonville fl. i agreed to ship with them as I was told she would have to individually pack each piece. When I received the shipment the lots were thrown together in a hefty baggy from the store and the lots were all mixed up in different bags. Tangled together and I spent hours sorting throught the pieces to locate each lot. Some pieces were damaged beyond repair. Unacceptable and unprofessional packing of items. Never again!

I had a great experience with this auction house. The items I won were as described and were released to my shipper within a few business days. Very high quality pieces, I’m satisfied with my purchases. Their in-house shipping department quoted me a high price so I went for the third party shipper who offered the same service (with insurance) for 20 % cheaper. I used Pack it Tight for shipping. They were great! Reasonably priced, fast, communicative/responsive, and packaged the items very well. I’d definitely ship with them again!

High quality product at a reasonable price. I had a few questions about payment and shipping and they were answered immediately. Bill Hood recommended Hector fro Esco Bros. for the shipping and they did an excellent job. Would highly recommend them for your needs.

Auction was well done and the 2 SB pieces were better than I expected but the $450 ups snail delivery was a frustrating battle and cost an additional $440 import fee, would have been nice to know of these additional costs while bidding, also haven't received an art glass piece I paid for.
