When I removed the FOOT WARMER from the box I was NOT HAPPY or SATISFIED with what I found! The wooden parts-including the handle grip-were covered in small bug holes!!! There was no dust loose among the packing papers in the box. No wood dust means there are no live bugs BUT the damage had already been done. It looked disgusting! I rechecked your photos of the item-no holes were visible on the pics. Checked your description-no mention of any bug holes were visible damage. Please mention any bug hole damage or presence when listing an item for sale. The foot warmer was put in a plastic trash bag, tied shut very tight & disposed of permanently. I couldn’t take any chance of this happening to any of my other wooden items. Thank you.

I purchased a lighted beer sign from Rich Penn. The photo provided in the listing and the description (G +) misrepresented the condition of the sign. I also spoke with Jon from Rich Penn before the auction for his assessment of the condition of the sign. Jon assured me the sign is in good condition. This sign is nowhere close to good condition and is falling apart. The plexiglass is broken, the frame is very rusted and cracked, and it has an awful smell. It looks like the plexiglass was replaced with a piece that does not fit and falls out. The logo is ripped and also falling out, and screws that hold the sign together are missing. There is warping in the sign as well. The verbal representation by Jon of the condition of this sign as well Rich Penn's portrayal of the condition of the sign on the auction website are nowhere close to the actual condition of the sign. I decided to purchase this sign on the good faith representation of the sign and would be happy to pay if the condition of the sign was accurately represented. I have purchased other items via auction and have never had this experience. I reached out to Jon to try to come to an amicable resolution. Jon said he accurately represented the condition of the sign, and he refused to take any measures to rectify the situation. I have text message documentation of my interactions with Jon as well as the auction portrayed and actual condition of the sign. I will never buy from this seller again.

Auction and payment was easy, for the $90 Canadian I paid to have my item shipped I would have figured it would have shown up in good condition. It didn’t and now my Vintage 1970’s Tonka school Bus that I’m into for $200 Canadian by the time it made it to my door is BROKEN. I emailed the auction house through a link somewhere on the item but I have yet to hear back after 2 weeks now. Very disappointed all around

Wrong pickup address posted on their website and live auctions website. After much effort finally found the place only to learn that two of the items I already paid for had been sold to someone else also (an in person bidder while I was an online bidder). Auction personnel assured me I would be refunded however as of this review I have not, although I have followed up with them twice. Getting nothing. Cannot/do not recommend this auction house thankfully all my other experiences have been outstanding.
