This is the second time I've purchased from an auction house and had the item shipped. Apparently, all shipping department employees attend the same graduate school of packing. This time, as the last, I was completely blown away over the perfect packaging job, as was my wife. Initially I thought shipping costs were a bit of a rip; trust me, the amount was infinitely more than fair given the final product.

Great auction & good customer service, but the shipping charges by the UPS store were extremely costly. Probably will think twice before bidding again, due to shipping/handling charges.

Very unprofessionel to have the shipping company contact me separately-and then they never do it.... so, I paid for the thing I bought, but couldn ´ t figure out, if I will ever get it and how much the shipping will be. Won ´ t buy there again

AFTER I PAID YOU CALLED 2 DAYS LATER TO SEE IF IPAID YOU THEN DISCOVERD THAT I DID ITALED TO THE SHIPPER AND TOLD HIM THERE WOULD BE 2 ITEMS I RECEVED 1 I HAD TO CALL A FEW TIMES TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPEN FINALLY YOU SENT THE IT3EM TO THE SHIPPER AND ITS SUPPOSE TO BE HER WED.

Out of house shipping costs, with ALL auction firms is almost too prohibitive to make buying worthwhile. Shipped nearly an identical item (size & weight) from an eBay seller and it was $7.75 with them using UPS it $28 +, for dealers it's the razor thin profit margin.

Pay MORE attention to customer service and communicate with the buyer/customer so they know when to expect their shipment. Not once was I contacted by the seller to updated on how or what to expect. I had to call (and call, and call again) to find out where ny items are. I paid immediately after the auction... It's been 3 weeks now and I STILL don't where my items are and waiting for someone to contact me!!! Needless to say... I won't be doing business here again!

I have not yet received my truck won at this auction  

They came up with a crazy $15.00 fee to be able to pick up the item. This was not stated in their terms.

Won item on Saturday as of Monday night still have not heard from auction house

I still have not received or have heard anything from the shippers?

I bid on something that I really wanted. I ended up pay ing over $1000 for it (actually two phonograph horns-only one of which I wanted). The problem that I have (had) with them was the lack of pictures and discriptive information. Asking someone to spend $1000 based on one picture and a very limited discription is a lot. I was extremely anxious about the horn until I picked it up (5 hour drive-one way) and got it home. They could have disclosed that the latch didn't work and that it probably was a re-paint but they didn't. Pictures would have warned bidders of a bad latch. The re-paint would have been a tough call but the word "possibly" would have helped. They probably got from & 200 to $500 dollars more from me than the would have with an accurate description. I say this because there were no in house bidders who possibly didn't bid because they were there. All of us on line bidders were at the same disadvantage. Ebay is a much safer place to bid (buy) things. But, if you want it you sometimes have to take chances-I did.

Went smooth. Packaged good. Arrived on time.

It seemed like the auction house was taking the bid higher on purpose to see how far the absentee bid was by Liveauctioneers..... For instance I would have the high bid at 2000.00 and then lose the bid to 2100.00 and then the bid would go back to 2000.00. A lot of back peddling on the bid on several occasions... Other auctions I have participated the bid always goes up and no back peddling. Hopefully you can follow what I am saying and investigate this issue.
