Many of the 2 sided signs only had one photo. Another item that was listed as excellent condition was completely restored on both sides. For that one reason I will never buy anything from Rich Penn Auctions again.

Lovely people to deal with and great, fun auctions!

I participated in the November 7, 2015 auction and purchased two coffee grinders, one which I wanted to sell. After a month I e-mailed the company and they sent a note to another individual (their shipper?) and called me a grouch. In three days, it will be two months without word as to how I get the items I purchased. I sent another e-mail today, January 4, 2016. I cannot verify whether they are selling what they claim because I haven't seen anything.

The condition was not as good as stated. Took 6 weeks to get bank after payment. Just recently received that is why i did not fill this out earlier.

The Shipping was Horrible way to long and very disorganized.

Shipping costs were very high compared to other auctions.

Item described as needing adjustment, original mechanism missing. I repair watches, coin ops, scientific instruments for a living and am very disappointed.

Exemplary performance on all points. Will participate again.

For the photos, I would like to see a magnifier or very good zoom feature added to your website for online bidders to get an up close view of the item. In some cases multiple pictures should be taken to see item front and back or inside.

Shipping charges were outrageous, $50.00 to ship one 3 lb. toy. Will not bid again until they find another shipper!

Only thanks mr Blaine of support Liveauctioneers some things have changed after six email without answer. Neither from RICH PENN nor from PKGSPRO: COM after shipping payment by credit card I 'ì ve received any news for my request of informations.

Description stated that it just needed adjustment to work. The mechanism was missing and rigged with spring and some arms to touch the wheels. I fix coin ops and watches for a living. Very disappointed!

The shipping is a rip off. Probably won't bid again. Bought from another auction house with a bigger box and more weight. Their shipping was about half the cost.

The shipper was overwhelmed.

Will buy again despite the high buyers premium. Collectors like myself or repeat buyers should get discount to create a more even auction field with those on the floor.
