Everything went smoothly. Started with quality pieces to auction and end with smooth delivery. Happy to come back for the next auction.

One of the item came damaged, the photos did not show the damage.

I had the same experience. Shipping costs nuts and no response to three emails.

Good Auction and happy with results in general. I will likely only do business with auction houses that do shipping internally. Outside shippers are absolutely unreasonably expensive... a bit like extortion.

The Rich Penn Auction House (Laurie) bent over backwards for me. They went way beyond my expectations in regards to my purchase. I only wish that they had more auctions so I could participate more often. Great Job Rich Penn

I highly recommend Rich Penn Auctions! I have done repeated business with Rich Penn and have always been very satisfied with the way they conduct business. Very accurate item descriptions, fast shipping and very courteous.

The staff stayed in communication until my shaving mugs were picked up for shipping. They all looked the same as the photos.

Communication somewhat delayed regarding when items were planned to be shipped and when they were actually shipped. Maybe because it was a large auction with many items

My only complaint is not with Richard Penn Auction but with the shipping company. Richard Penn does not ship, but provides the contact info for the shipper. Shipper that is a UPS store charged us $25 for a box that we could walk in and purchase from them for around $9.85. Our overall shipping cost exceeded $80 to our address-the items were 3 cardboard small signs that we purchased in the Penn auction for $50. We have since sold the signs and shipped from NC to Calif. usuing the same box and bubble wrap for a total including UPS shipping for less than $29. We love Richard Penn auctions and the quality items, however the shipping company's very excessive pricing takes away the excitement and even tempers our buying significantly.

Computer Web Site worked good during auction. No break downs. Was worried about cost of shipping, but actual cost was cheaper than first estimated. Item got to California quick and was packed well-Glass. Very Happy.

Need to have several online pictures-1 just isn't enough. You may want to think about shipping options; I am A retired PM and UPS was very high. I'll be back

This is one of the few auction houses on LiveAuctioneer that does not stand behind the items they sell-as you can see I have bought thousands of items on LiveAuctioneers over many years and this is the first time I have dealt with an auction house who failed to describe an item as a reproduction and when I contacted them requesting authorization to return the reproduction item, was told by the owner of the auction house himself that he would not allow me to do so-In fact, what he said was "Of course it is a reproduction"-yet it was not described as such (I had spent approx. $2000 at this auction house and was requesting to return a $125 item that was a reproduction and was not described as such). I obviously will not be buying from this auction house again and thought you would like to know about this. As I said before, I find the auction houses that you allow to sell on Live Auctioneers to be reputable but this experience was HORRIFIC and this auction house a disgrace to the platform!!!
