Very difficult to get ahold of them to finalize shipment of product. They are quick to collect payment but totally unresponsive to arrange shipment and organize. The most important thing with any auction company is to be better at service than collecting money if they want long term business

Very nice items as listed-Convenient and reasonable shipping.

Not giving lot winners a chance to select a payment method, and charging a 3 % card processing fee is very off-putting, especially as I do not see any of this mentioned in their auction materials. Just not right. Very disappointing.

I've participated in several Rich Penn Auctions and I've yet to be disappointed. This last auction was no exception. The descriptions were accurate and my items were packed extremely well. Many thanks!

As noted, I received exactly what was photographed and described. Of importance to me was the time and effort taken to protect my items. First, wrapped in tissue paper, then Seran wrapped, then bubble wrap, and finally another layer of Seran wrap. This speaks highly of Penn Auction's commitment to bidders receiving their items sans breakage or destroyed. Bravo Penn Auctions!!!

Six weeks ago, I won a bookcase in a Rich Penn Auction. On their page on Live Auctioneers, they state "Rich Penn Auctions can facilitate the shipping of oversized items upon the buyers request." This is not true. When I contacted them by phone, they informed me that in fact they are not able to have this piece of furniture transported to my location. Had I known this, I would never have bid. I have reached out to Live Auctioneers about canceling this sale as Rich Penn Auctions has not lived up to their word. I will make sure to avoid this auction house in the future.

Rich Penn Auctions was easy to work with. The description was accurate and the photos further enhanced the description. Rich Penn offers in-house shipping (which has always been a Plus in my experience). The dollhouse was very well packed, and the total shipping cost was very reasonable. The dollhouse arrived just as it appeared in the auction photos. Great auction experience all around.
