Fast shipping and friendly service

No price for shipping has ever been discussed. I feel cheated, even though everything may be ok. This seems sooo shady. Buyers BEWARE!!! Go back to E-Bay with a refund guarantee. My first time and I won 3 auctions. Scared to death because they say they will text me in 3 days with total. Why can’t I have my total now with 23 % increase? Huge mistake. Scared.

The item I won was as described and the shipping was quick and packaging excellent.

I won two banks. SHipping was handled by outside shipper which was on the high side. One bank was as described in the auction catalogue. The other bank did not match (not fully cast iron). Auctioneer did offer a refund. So overall happy that I received a great bank and a refund for the other. Thanks!

I thought all was handled very well by the auction company and the items were well represented. The shipping aspect is what is very slow. I realize that the volume of shipping right after an auction is high. I am thinking that it would help if the shipping communication was better as to when they anticipate the item shipping based on where you are in the mix. There was a lot of lag time not knowing what was happening. They are not different than 3 other houses I have had dealings with so I know it is a problem. It all reflects bad on the auction house when you loose track of what is going on. On the positive side the shipping company did a fabulous job packing and protecting the items when they shipped them!

When liveauctioneers went down during auction, auctioneer didn't even pause a second, continuing with auction, stating "what about the room of live bidders we had" Well what about all the liveauctioneer bidders, who make up about half of winning bids now?? Let alone the consigner who lost out on not having any liveauctioneer bids. Auctioneer could have taken a 10-15 minute break to sort things out with liveauctioneers. Auctioneers need to recognize/respect the growing % of bid market being made by liveauctioneer bidders, and both liveauctioneers and auctioneers need better coordination/solution when outages happen.

Great items, shipping handled professionally. Had a special request to ship one item to a separate address for a Christmas Gift and the auction house was great in notifying the shipper and making sure that they handled this request right away for an arrival prior to Christmas. Very satisfied.

Accurate description, excellent communication and professionalism. Unfortunately the shipper that was recommended was a huge disappointment. Overcharged for a poorly packed lot. Not a reflection on the auction house but a very important problem that needs to be addressed.
