Excellent in every way... Would buy again...

The bracelet still has not arrived at my daughter's. You need to put a trace on it.

We really appreciated that they give honest descriptions with conditions of each item and indicate if there are any flaws that they find. Rather they having to email auctioneer house on each lot to find out the true condition of each item. Thank you!!! it saves the bidder a lot of time in following up and makes them feel more confident when bidding.

The owner is not very friendly. I'd go so far as to say he is mildly rude (and perhaps moreso if I wasn't so overly friendly and willing to look past his comments and behavior). They aren't open on weekends or late in the afternoon so arranging pick-up can be quite difficult. The women on staff are not very friendly and don't volunteer any helpful information, you must drag it out of them and they sound annoyed. Honestly, I love auctions and use a number of auctioneers in the area... this is the most disagreeable group of people I have ever dealt with in the business. I will only buy from this house again if I am desperately in love with something and even then I will think twice. I recommend my friends avoid the place.

I truly believe that I was being bid up by the auction house. I did not have high bid and then when it went to fair warning it reverted back to my bid and said sold. I am sure they were just wondering how high I would go before dropping back down to me. Otherwise, what happened to the higher bids that were supposedly placed?

A wonderful auction house. They made the process of online bidding fun and easy from start to finish. I would participate in coming auctions.. Highly recommend!!! Keith
