Excellent and attentive customer service. Their staff is professional, friendly and helpful. So every step was easy for a french european bidder like me. The item was exactly as described, I'm delighted to have won and bought artwork.

Everything was fine except the high cost of packing materials & shipping coats. Probably due to gas prices & materials rising. Other than that. Everything was awesome. Thank you. If you get a chance to bid with them I highly recommend it. They run and honest straight forward auction, they have great descriptions and if you haven't used them before just contact them to get approved. From the approval process to bid. To the bidding and to the communication about picking up and getting the items. I was flying in and they had the item pulled and invoices ready. They were amazing from start to finish. Also honesty and integrity go a long way with me and they ran an excellent professional auction. They were very pleasant to deal with I would definitely use again and hope they have some other items in the future I am interested in. Amazing!!! And Thank you!!!

Shipping cost seems on the high side, but everything else are good.

I purchased a grandfather clock. The staff at Case Auctions assisted me when I couldn't get there to pick it up and UPS wanted to charge the same price as the item for shipping. I had a ton of questions and they were extremely helpful to me. I would absolutely buy from them again!

Item well described. Payment process easy. Shipment more expensive than I had expected but it was packed very well by the shipper (UPS) and sent fairly promptly. Overall happy with purchase and transaction.

One of the items was not as described. Auction house gave a partial refund for their mistake. Bid with Confidence.
