The interaction between Case and the shipping company I used was awesome, as I received my package within a week after the day the auction ended. All in all great experience

Wish the repsonsibility of shipping did not fall on the buyer (ie calling \ emailing ups to have them pick it up and then pay them to box the items)

Required to arrange own shipping which has not been the case in the many other auctions I participated in. Very little help and guidance from seller. I would not buy from them again.

I called the auction house to provide my credit card info and they did not run the card while I was on the phone. When they later ran the card, it was declined, because unbeknownst to me it had a $3000 a day charge limit. Within 24 hours of the credit card issue they filed a dispute. I let them know that they had they could not exceed $3000 per day and they were able to process the charge. Ridiculous to file a dispute within 24 hours and not resolve the issue with their CUSTOMER. Also the shipper they recommended (UPS Store) did a terrible packing job and my pair of Tiffany glass vases were destroyed. Very unhappy with this auction house experience.

Directly after I bought these, my mother was taken to the hospital deathly ill. My brother-in-law was going through Knoxville, so I asked him to pick them up. I called the auction house & asked them to please put the bottles into the box for him using wrapping & the box I was sending, as he did not know how to wrap them & I didn't want the bottles put in upside-down as the most valuable one was not glued securely & I planned to glue all in place. They refused. I tried to explain to him not to flip any of the bottles after putting bubble wrap around them. My mother died the day he returned with the bottles. I was already shattered when I opened them & found that he had in fact packed my ship in bottle upside-down & many pieces were damaged & had fallen off. Even worse was I had no clear photos of it but one to show the place the pieces had gone. If they had just agreed to put the bottles in bubble wrap & place them in the box, it would have saved me hundreds of dollars & many hours of restoration work. I would NEVER buy from them again. I was worried at first when I read their policy that said Nothing they said or put in writing could be relied upon as factual & I should've followed that instinct & avoided them.

On this item, we did not have any problems and the pictures were right on. Paying and the sending was better than most of the auction houses and we will note this for future bidding. Based on our first time with them, they impressed us.
