As both a consignor and buyer I could not be happier with Case Antiques. They are my ‘ go to ’ for appraisals and consignments. Plus there is such a wonderful diversity of items offered at each sale there is always something I would like to own myself. I have trusted Case for years and I am very happy with my latest purchase!

All was great and up front until the cost of shipping was introduced into the equation, These cost need to be more upfront s well a complete disclosure of the bidding so a winner can see how a $400 winning bid turned into a $850 cost??!? Please give more thought and consideration to the BUYER,,,,, many tanks (with helicopter support),, Jim

Had trouble being approved for bidding. They steeped right up and was approved. Shipping was a breeze. Given a name and # of ups and they were great. Received everthing packed and no problems Made spending momey fun. Pat

My transaction was simple, efficient, and handled in a professional and timely manner. I received my purchase without incident and sooner than an item purchased at another auction house a week or more earlier. They could learn from the folks at Case. Thank you!!!

When I first called the auction house with a question about the auction, their voice mail answering said someone would call me back. No one ever called me back (& I waited about a week to see if i would ever hear back). This colored my view of everything after that (I had to call a 2nd time to get someone and an answer). If your machine message is that you will call back, you should DO SO. Otherwise don ‚ Ä ô t provide that message.

Items are not what is described. The lot has multiple items. One is a pair of "Silver bowls, 4.3 troy ounce". When I received the items, no way they are silver bowls. They are so light. I don't believe this is just a mistake. It is so easy to tell by anyone. Looks like this is an intentional cheating. However, the lot hammer price is very low. I would not bother to return them. I can't get my shipping cost back both ways.

Case Auctions was extremely helpful. The payment process was easy. They were wonderful in that they held the merchandise for two weeks until I could pick them up. I will be buying from them again. Very nice staff at Case Auctions!

I thought it was a good auction experience. Good variety in the content of the lots and there seemed to be collectors/bidders for all of the categories (art, silver tableware, coins, etc). They were prompt and professional in the billing and processing of the payment. I was very satisfied with all aspects of the experience.

Antiques took care of all my questions and happy with my purchases.

There was damage that was not noted.

Shipping did take longer than with most other auction houses, but was still ok.

I have won several items through the years from Case Auction and have been 100 % satisfied each time. It's important to me to have confidence in an auction house's integrity. I have never doubted theirs. I plan to continue to watch their auctions and bid in the future.
