Hello, Your 4oz package insured for $58.22 from 18055 to 27617 was $7.80 (actual postage), plus the $15 handling fee. If you read the shipping terms, you would have saw that there is a handling fee. I am sorry you were not capable of reading the shipping terms of the Auction and felt you had to give us a 2 star review because of your negligence. The shipping terms are posted in the Auction Terms, Description and in The Shipping Terms. That is 3 places that you failed to read.

Hello Cathy, It would have been nice if you checked the rates with USPS before leaving a review like this. Your 7lb package 19 "x 13" x 9 "shipping from zip code 18055 to Texas Zip Code 75758 was $37.73 postage, plus the $15 handling fee. The USPS rate for shipping this package was $43.05. So, FedEx was cheaper, but you did not even look to see what the shipping rates were. We try getting everyone the cheapest rates we can. There are a lot of people that are very reasonable and know what the shipping rates are, then there are a few people like you that just go off and have no clue what you are talking about.
