The ONLY auction Company on live auctions that don't rip the bidder off!!! Takes 1 week to get my items from Germany and at reasonable rate!!!! Imagine that!!! From Germany

Always excellent service, attetion to buyer and great transactions

One item was damaged and no mention in description. Difficult to pay in Euro, more difficult process and more fees. Would be easier if they would accept US dollars. Customs form not filled out correctly almost a week delay in customs until I called US customs. Seller said they provided customs info but US customs said they didn ‚ Ä ô t. Never marked my items as paid. Would not bid again. Too difficult

Hey I have been trying for 3 weeks to figure out how to pay these folks I did not receive a full invoice They did not tell me how to pay with PayPal Maybe I need to write in German! Thanks Jon

Very good communications, fast service, great packing, reasonable shipping rates, and good pictures. Would have liked multiple pictures of some items, but generally, the single display picture was sufficient.

The auction house didn't answer to my emails.

I have been do business with this auction house for over 20 years and they were always very accommodating, very nice people, great staff, one big family.

The PayPal option didn't work this time as it had in the past. After over an hour waiting for a PayPal representative, it was determined that something was not right with the way Ladenburg auction house was registered so that option was not available. Using the bank draft instead of PayPal cost nearly 5-times what it cost to use PayPal. Otherwise, the items I purchase were packaged carefully which has been an issue in the past.

first: when someone ask to you help... you need to answer I think... and... there is a lot of confusion to pay the won lots, the parcel don't arrive in few time and you could lost it... and so when you win a lot you can get after too much time... is too much expensive the shipping of won lots... why you don't think about an accord with ups I don't know...

I would always consider bidding with this Auction Company.

Second survey completion! Briefly and same day after I completed first survey, auction lot was received at local post office. Box was rather badly damaged, but contents were intact. I am pleased that items were received but still displeased with lack of direct acknowledgement/receipt of payment, and mailing status.

Payment apparently made through Paypal, 4/22/28, according to its records. I have yet to receive acknowledgement/receipt, or further information. Initial payment process was unclear comparable to usual invoices, but I finally followed through as best I could hurriedly read after I received no reply to a first inquiry for help-because I did not want a late payment to foul process. I even contacted "liveauctioneers" for help but went on to try to pay before its reply information was received. I had intended to inquire again today when I received this evaluation form. If survey does not receive prompt action, I will speedily inquire again. Regrets for lengthy reply, but I wished my whole response/reaction stated. Robert , 5/3/18 **********

I have bought items from this house on two occasions. So far I have found them to be a very convenient and reliable entree to the European antique market. Always a little nervous about buying/getting shipments from Europe and payment by wire is a nuisance. These guys take PayPal. Will continue to follow their events.
