I have not received the items which I paid for on October 14. It was shipped on October 21 with DHL shipping. I checked today and it is still in Germany Post Office waiting to be shipped to USA. They said I should checked next Wednesday for a tracking number. Sent a survey in two weeks.

They charge extra to pay via paypal which most companies do not do. Could be more pictures of lots

Prior to the sale, the Auction house did not disclose additional 3 % fee for using Paypal and the 22 % tax on the buyers premium in spite of my email requesting fee clarification. When I questioned this after I received their invoice with the additional fees, I did not get a reply.

For being an international (Germany) auction the shipping price is usually reasonable most times more than auctions from USA. Just wish i could have the choice of how the items are shipped or know how they are being shipped?? as sometimes they take a long time to arrive. I do like these people and i always bid on their auctions!

I am VERY upset with auctioneers who do NOT honestly described or disclose problems with items and we the live bidders are held hostage with damaged items we bid on and win. Also i am VERY unhappy with very high shipping rates!!! We are also held hostage and have NO say in very high shipping quotes!! We live bidders are taken advantage of in this situation.
