Watch out for some of the shippers from their FL auctions. Both I dealt with were flakey.

I bid on an auction item through Hindman using LiveActioneers. I was informed I was outbid and indeed watched the live-bid showing I had been outbid. However, then I received an email stating I had won. Contact with Hindman was excellent and they indicated it must have been a problem with LiveAuctioneers, despite me seeing a bid higher than mine live. Anyway, I was the winner, they accepted my payment and shipped my small piece of furniture incredibly packed in bubblewrap, peanuts, and very heavy cardboard box. The tracking provided was absolutely accurate. Hindman was fantastic.

I picked up my mirror at the auction showroom. Personnel there were very helpful and even helped me load onto the truck. I was there and departed within a few minutes.

Excellent items, great to work with, super service. Would buy again!

A little behind on follow up with coordination with UPS shipping … otherwise 5 STARS

My experience of bidding and getting the item was seamless and quick. However, even though I have paid for and received the item Hindman still has it listed as "Invoice Pending" on Liveauctioneers despite my contacting them and asking that they correct it.

Very nice merchandise at a good price. The shipping department was nothing less that top flight. Very polite, very accommodating and affordable.

Love the piece purchased

The item was overpacked and the shipping price too high. My winning bid was so low, however, that I could not be unhappy about the total cost. Auction houses need shippers (in house or external) who are willing to work with customers on reasonable packaging. I feel I am at their mercy.

Charged 38 dollars to ship 15 signed index cards. Attempted to mail the item media mail, until I complained about the cost difference between media mail and what was charged. Instead sent the item priority mail to the wrong address. Shipping is a rip off and the most expensive in house shipping option I have seen when I compare to other sports memorabilia auction houses. For the cost they attempted to ship the item uninsured media mail, and then sent it to the wrong address. If you are going to charge 4X the cost of actual shipping you would expect to not have to deal with these issues.
