Very satisfied as always with transaction.

Credit cards not accepted. No in-house shipping. There was a delay in processing my check. Was it the USPS or HIndman? I do not know. Shipper tried to pick up but it was not released because Hindman had not processed the payment. Took multiple communications to get this purchase completed. Hindman also requires that the buyer complete a form separate from the payment (which is done by mail). This is more unwieldy than other auction houses I have dealt with.

A wonderful auction house! Payment process is simple and they provide several shippers from which to obtain quotes.

They are such a wonderful house. They are good at each subject and scout for terrific lots. I adore all the purchases that I have done and will continue as they maintain being a top line auction house.

Hindman has several auction houses through the country but all payments go through their Chicago office. There is virtually no communication that payments have been received so it is a little disconcerting to try and coordinate with shipper. That having been said, it all seems to have worked out.

Love Hindman's but I will never use UPS for a remote shipper from ANY Auction House. I still do not have my chandelier and this is the third time I have been ripped off by UPS. signed: Still Waiting?

Very good experience, bidding, description and contact are very easy, just the shipping process envoloing a third part maybe a little inconvenient and not really necessary in case of clothes or little objects, I had a little misconfusion in my first purchase but all ended very well and it is the third auction I purchase something

I should have read Yelp reviews and not bought from this company. They didn't have processes in place for me to pay with a credit card. Dealing with them was very inconvenient. I realized I never received this item and contacted Hindman. They were unconcerned. Many times they didn't bother to contact me until I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Their representative was argumentative and wouldn't listen to reason. I did all the leg work and found out the item was sent to a UPS store with no information regarding shipping. I am fed up dealing with this company. I got my money back from the credit card company therefore, I do not own this item any longer. I informed Hindman to get their product from the UPS Store. Tracy, customer service representative, with Hindman continued to argue and quote all this vague policies they seem to have and forwarded me a copy of these policies where there obviously have no signature on file from me because I never received this document prior to bidding at their auction. Their reviews have all the same complaints with customer service. They need to get their act together. I warn EVERYONE...... BUYER BEWARE..... This is the most unprofessional auction house I have ever dealt with in my 30 plus years in this business.
