What a thrilling endeavor it was to place my bid on such a charming lot at this storied auction house, to say nothing of subsequently having the winning bid, only to then make payment in full and collect the item within seven business days! My only complaint was with the outside vendor that they use for shipping (UPS Store). It was incredibly expensive, especially compared to comparable shipments elsewhere.

I always look forward to Leslie Hindman auctions. I know the quality of items and service will be exceptional. It would be nice if they had in-house shipping for items.

I love you guys and have bought repeatedly. My one issue is that you don't accept credit cards-it makes life so much easier. If its the fee, I for one, wouldn't mind paying that extra 2 % or whatever it is.

Almost every part of the auction from review of the pics to shipping had less then par results. One item was not indicated was not gold and weight of gold wrong. Shipping quote from their recommended shippers varied by 100 %. I suspect that Leslie Hindman has no idea of the variances from one shipper to another being so large. Maybe you can look after your customers (bidders) a little better and weed out the profit hungry shippers unless they are kicking some of it back to someone at the auction house.

Only took three plus calls to get a condition report. Paying is very difficult as per almost every other auction house. They do not take credit cards, therefore have to pay a high fee for wire transfer or write a check.

Would be nice that included in the invoice there was at least a link to PayPal or place to input credit card info. Virtually everyone else does. It should not be necessary to phone the auction house to complete transaction. It wastes your time and is inconvenient for clients. Thanks!
