You were very inaccurate and dishonest in your descriptions. The mirror was in pieces and busted up, which was NOT implied whatsoever in the listing description. Also provided just one single photo of the item. I was also given a shipper contact list that was for the completely wrong part of the country. Probably the most unprofessional and dishonest auction house I’ve ever dealt with. Very disappointed, and know that I won’t be a returning customer in the future.

I won 4 art glass items for this auction and before I picked them up in person (to avoid shipping damage), the auction house staff damaged (chipped) 2 of them. They offered me a moderate/partial refund on one of the items and unfortunately I did not notice significant damage to another piece before I left their location. Needless to say they did not make any offer on the second piece and did not admit any fault.

Honestly it was not smooth. I spoke with somebody to release the items and set up the pickup for Chicago to find out from the ups store that my items were actually in Denver. Waste off time. The wire or money order is a pain.

I always prefer more pictures; each item had only one. And, though I do not mind sending a check to save processing fees, a credit card option with a small fee might be helpful-a card charge is after all a "bird in the hand".

Paid by check and picked up at the auction house. Staff had my items waiting and brought them out for me well packaged. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. I always like dealing with LH.

Receptionist was very sweet and welcoming! Guys were great helping load my car and made sure everything was packed nicely and even gave me a moving blanket so it wouldn’t scratch my car!

I successfully bid on two items both of which were not properly described. One was attributed to the wrong artist and the other entirely missed the signature of the artist clearly on the piece. While I was not harmed by these errors it does undermine my confidence in the auction house.

Have to pay by check in another location which takes days to process yet company tries to say there are strict 7 day pickup policies. It ‚ Ä ô s all just silly and inconvenient. They need to accept credit cards and relax their stated policies because no one out of town can arrange pick up that quickly.

The packaging was not adequate. My box was not protected on all sides inside the cardboard box and as a result, it arrived damaged. I contacted the shipping department on the day the item arrived and submitted photos of the damage. The process time for the claim, I was told, takes up to 6 months and I will definitely keep track. In the end, I should have an item that was in the condition at the time of purchase.

The description and pictures did not show that two links necklace were broken. This is irresponsible and it's hard to get more information. The shipping process is a hassle as the auction house provides little help.

i have been buying at auctions since 1965, love the thrill. spend in access of 100, 000.00 a year. bought at their auction gold bracelet for 2, 600.00 + 26 % auction fees (high but somewhat normal for high end auctions) BECAUSE of gas line problems in andover mass. needed three weeks to pay bill. so on top of 26 % fee they charged me an additional 3 %. not disputing charges just think that 29 % is steep
