The two women at the front were so helpful. They let me offer a bid for a passed lot and let me know later that the seller agreed to sell at offered price.

I love Susanin's.

One item that I won was lost and there was very little time spent finding it. The only explaination I received was that it had been shipped somewhere else incorrectly. Also, my request of the shipper, that the boxes be made manageable in size, was ignored. It was explained that this saved money, but it made everything unwieldy to an extreme. Otherwise, the items auctioned by Susanin's are always a very special collection. I will still look forward to their next auction. This is the second time an item I've won on a Live Auctioneer's auction has gone to the wrong location and been deemed unretrievable.
