Happy with the overall experience. Shipping was a challenge due to size but all went very well. Super print and happy with the condition as listed.

Shame on me for bidding not realizing that the pieces were damaged. But, I assume full responsibility for that and paid right away. What bothered me most were the astronomical shipping prices quoted by all of the shippers I contacted. For this reason, I will not be bidding on any of your auctions again.

I feel better when I pay with Paypal or others options.

Several of the Shippers that Susanin's had on their list tried to take advantage of me by overcharging on their quotes. I eventually got info on a shipper from a Susanin's employee during a phone conversation that charged me half of what the other had quoted. Lots should be accompanied by a complete set of dimensions and weight within the item description.

Aside from some minor problems, Susanins is a great auction house. Increasing payment options would be a plus. Also, you might consider lowering your buyer's premium to be competitive.

Abrupt in their response to both exiting and new clientele. Business is business but when dealing with an auction house and those acquiring artwork of disparate classifications and origins, the outward appearance, written or otherwise requires a more delicate touch and sophistication to their approach and follow-through.

One of the items lot 8081 I won was damaged in shipping. The stopper was broken. I am making a claim to the shipper. Otherwise everthing else was fine. Than you
