It's such a hassle dealing with the recommended packers and shippers. This is true of many auction houses. I've been buying from Susanin's for roughly 20 years. They are a good auction house and have always treated me as a customer right.

I've successfully bid on various items from Susanin's. Even during COVID their staff remains friendly, helpful and accommodating while maintaining the necessary rules to keep us all safe. The ability to peruse lots in their warehouse showroom is a plus. I look forward to more fun purchases from this auction house.

I purchased a large sculpture from this auction house in Chicago. I needed assistance with transport to South Florida. The person there was extremely helpful and recommended a shipper that picked up and shipped the item extremely well for 20 % of all other shipper quotes. Thanks.
