I used their suggested shipper and the table arrived in perfect shape and they discarded the glass top for me before the shipper picked up.

I bid on and won a ring that was described as being 14K gold and silver. While the ring is attractive, not only does it test as 8K gold-it is clearly MARKED on the outside of the band as being 8K gold-below the gold standard in the US. Clearly, this item was not inspected or described properly and there was no response to my message regarding this issue. Very unprofessional.

I won a lot and was headed to the suburbs and called to ask if I could pay and pick up the lot during the middle of an auction. Susanins accomodated my request without blinking an eye. I was so pleased.
