The process was smooth, but sadly the doll I received is broken, the knee joint has a noticeable chip in it. The dress hid it in the auction pictures. I think any defects unable to be seen should be disclosed to potential buyers. The doll was packed well and I received it quickly. I really don't think I would do an online auction again, possibly an auction in person where I can examine the item for myself.

This was the first time I don't with Cordiers. I found them to be not the only responsive, but very efficient in their process. The shipping company that they used didn't excellent job at packing. I would highly recommend them.

Scheduled pick up for the first day back after a trip. Of course I totally forgot I had it scheduled! Maybe because it was about site pick up, but I received a phone call, reminding me of my reappointment. I was extremely appreciative for the reminder. It certainly wasn’t something I expected, but very thankful! Every experience I’ve had with Cordier has been great!

I didn't bother trying to get my money back after reading other reviews (should have done BEFORE bidding). BEWARE

The auction house was very professional. I would LOVE to buy from them again... but; the shipper GOUGED ME. I was charged around $68 for them to put my items into a large Priority Mail flat rate shipping box. Which, if I mailed it to them, would have cost me $22.80... The shipper made $45 profit for what would have only taken them about 5 minutes. I would be very hesitant to bid with them again JUST because of the shipper.

Pick your purchased item up as quickly as you can or you will pay a $5 per day storage charge for even just one painting... don't leave town to go on vacation immediately after an auction... pick your item up first!

Love the items i received but the shipping was 3 times the value of the items. Would love to be a repeat customer but will have to rethink the shipping costs next time. Very happy otherwise
