Trustworthy

The items I've purchased and received have been very nice and exactly as pictured/advertised. I've also found there service and responsiveness to be very good. The only thing I am somewhat dissatisfied with is the cost of shipping-it can be 500 % or more of the cost of the item, without much discount when many items are shipped from the same dealer. These costs are explicitly laid out so it's not hidden from the buyer but one must be careful to factor it in to the price of the item.

I have bought 5 rugs from Jasper52 in the last 4 months and have been thoroughly satisfied with every aspect of the purchase. I strongly recommend this auction house.

My experience was very poor. I won an auction for three no-reserve items at a very good price. Too good for the seller, perhaps. The payment system then did not work, which I reported. There were numerous emails from me following this up, but no resolution. I was then issued with a dispute for lack of payment when the (short) invoice payment period expired. I raised the issue of payment again, but still was not able to complete the online payment. I asked for bank details to circumvent this process, which I did not receive. Eventually I was told I was "released" from the need to pay as the items had been withdrawn due to the death of the seller. I have no reason to mistrust the latter point, but nonetheless items that are up for sale should be sold to the winning bidder. I was subsequently told by Jasper52 that there was no contract. Had I bid high on a winning lot and said I was not paying I suspect the response would have been rather different. Highly unsatisfactory, if not actually illegal!?

VERY slow receipt of purchases. The limited time to report concerns is a problem. need to send stones to an appraiser in Canada. The time to report an issue is far too short for this to happen.

The shipping, for 1 piece of paper, was $25. The ship for 3 was $75, but they were put together in the same package, and the label said it was $22 including insurance. Seems like after paying the auction, and 25 % fees, we shouldn't be getting gouged on shipping. Not cool.

Shipping is quite expensive.... i purchased two 8x10 prints and paid double shiping charges....

I never received my items and the tracking numbers don ‚ Ä ô t work. So, this feels like a scam.

Though payment was processed, I still don't have my items two weeks later.

Excellent packaging of my map with all invoices included. Very professional.

It would help to reference the Inv # or item description.

Any problems were created by me as I had to travel unexpectedly and the bank rejected my credit card due to some unusual expenses recently. I definitely hope to do business with them again. I love auctions.

I have enjoyed myself-a great experience withs auction house.

The auction is not as responsive to questions as I would have hoped, Auction house acts as a 3rd party for vendors and or merchants usually overseas, that lengthens the delivery process even longer than necessary

I love Jasper52 auctions. Interesting auction topics and auctions are not too large. Often shipping is offered so that saves a lot of hassle. Also, they often offer unsold lots after auction closes. Great auction house.....

I wrote you to inform you that the print of Lajas Dorado Puerto Rico was factually incorrect. It was a readily available print (Map and Maps, $27) of a volcano in Nicaragua. I did not hear your response. Dr. W.
