It would be nice to have cerificates or something that would attest to the purchase of the historical items-i. e. Viking amulet.

I thought that the shipping costs were unnecessarily high, and they were entirely unexpected at that level. I think the auction house did not manage my expectation on this.

Jasper52 is one of the best auction houses on live Auctions. No fuss and quick to settle and ship items won at their Auctions. This is how it should be.

All three of my experiences have been most favourable. I'd recommend this site very highly and I'll definitely be back!

Re Question 1... I don't know... haven't received merchandise. The rest goes toward this. Sent an email asking about delivery and so far have no response. If item isn't received within another week I am going to process as a fraudulent transaction w American Express. I'm relatively new to doing online auction buying so this is giving me concern.

I had a qualified experience with a recent auction. I successfully bid on a piece but a similar piece of lesser quality was delivered. I contacted the auction house and they rectified and resolved the situation with the dealer to my satisfaction.

Finally an auction house that charges a fair and reasonable buyers premium. It makes a difference on how much I bid! Good shipping too. A happy transaction!

I am NOT tech savvy, being an older individual. That said, I have found that just about everyone I have dealt with has been helpful, understanding of my ignorance and actually pretty charming! I dislike the delays in receiving the lots I have won; there is probably no way around these plaints so I grit my teeth and deal. If any ingenious individual has any ideas on how to expedite the post-auction process, please bring it on.

There was a rather negative conversation today on social media concerning jasper 52. I did my best to convey my many positive experiences, & my disappointment at those quick to blame, when only hearing one side from a very inexperienced bidder, who obviously did not understand the process. Not many saw my point, I'm afraid.

I will have to think very hard about whether to bid on Jasper 52 in the future due to their limited interest in resolving a dispute or follow up to additional questions.

I like being informed when someone bids higher than I had. Thank you.

A 10 % buyer's commission-lowest that I've seen at any auction house. Very reasonable flat rate shipping fees were quoted in the online catalog for each item. This is the best run organization that I've dealt with. Nothing but kudos.

The Mickey mouse bank will not open and that was not on the description. Very dissatisfied with the product and the other bank.

I did not appreciate the shipping bill for my first and last experience with Jasper 52 I purchased 4 books one from one vendor and three from another at the same auction. The first book was shipped for 4.10 however I was billed 6.95 for shipping. The three books from the same store were bundled and shipped for $4.10 total however my shipping charges were for $4.95 each book. My inquiry to Jasper 52 was I needed prior approval pre auction for bundling and told it was live auctioneers and when I inquired at Live-it was Jasper52. Lessened learned. Fooled Once

I feel very positive about Jasper but feel that postal rates vary dramatically from one offering to another dispite shipping within the US. Rates for similar packaging can go from $15. to $35. or higher. For a beginning collector of Japanese wood block prints and one with limited budget, these postal rates add a lot to the over all price of each print.

Don't at the moment plan to use your services again. Three issues: left message for an earlier auction-received response two days after the auction and was told I called the wrong number. Several auctions ago there were reproductions mixed with antiques with no notation that they were reproductions. That may have been resolved, but it left suspicion. This past auction I was charged $87. for what should have cost $30 and was told that I should have questioned the cost-not knowing that they were coming from two dealers. Seems that you are more interested in your rules and your consigners than you are in those of us who drive your business and ultimately pay money that makes all the rest work. The maps are fine; the prices are fine; the experience and the customer service is bad. Will try not to look at your site in the future. I really don't wish to talk to anyone. I missed the fact that there was way to much shipping cost charged. The shipping charges were a rip off. The rings were cheap the blue jade ring was dyed and not real blue. The ring was misrepresented as a blue jade ring.

The things you buy should come with authentification.

I am having issues with using Microsoft Internet Explorer for the real time auctions. This may be an issue withInvaluable.com and was no able to attend and bid live. More recently I began using Google Chrome only for the live auctions and this seems to work; is the Explorer issue something that has been noted by others and will it be resolved?
