Most images provided are good, but some are rather poor resolution. I realize it's not possible to give shipping costs for all countries, but still I would like to know ahead of time what shipping will be and while some listings provide this, others don't.

With my post auction of a carpet It was not in the condition as described. The watch was great-although it was shipped later than promised With my last purchase-a horrible experience-as a result they will never have business with me again. Question # 3-does not make sense-how can I be satisfied with a payment process? Now if you want to know was the wire instructions included with the invoice-no. I had to email on each occasion to get them so that I could promptly pay

I've made several purchases and each time I get an invoice I have to contact you to remove sales tax. My resale number is on file. This doesn't happen with any other auction house. They know I'm a dealer and I get billed accordingly. I've mentioned this to your people by phone on more than one occasion and their response is it's not possible which is ridiculous. It seems to me it would be a simple fix. Very frustrating!

Shipping charges were a bit much. The auction terms stated a flat $10 fee anywhere in the US. The two items I won were a) sheet of music and b) a foldout map from a book. Both were smaller than A4 size and were mailed together, USPS First Class, in a rigid cardboard envelope. I was charged $20. I suppose I shouldn’t have assumed that I’d be charged a single $10 shipping fee for two pieces of paper, but I did rather expect it. Besides the ingracious customer service aspect, it’s a cheap ploy to pad sales with inflated shipping charges, something I expect of bad eBay sellers.

Payment processing wouldn't work due to website glitch. Took up an hour of my time trying to pay on iPhone, iPad and mac, using different browsers. Finally auction house suggested I use a wire transfer to pay for a $19 item... Unprofessional-site needs attention
