Poor service in general

I purchased two items, and later was told I did not win one of the items. I was a but miffed at the mix up. I must say Thomaston was polite and quickly solved my situation with a very generous and helpful solution. I love the second item, a painting, and am displaying it in my home, Thomaston is both professional and courteous. I would certainly buy from them again.-JEFF

I should have called for a better condition report. The pictures didn't get the job done. It's ok I'll bid again. Thanks for the chance to let you know.

$95.00 to ship 4 wine goblets. Really! I made a dispute, Never heard back. I'm sure your consignors would like to know that you over charge on shipping thus preventing the item to sell for more money!

The bracelet was described as 14 Ka gold, but upon arrival it was apparent that the bracelet was only worn gold plate. I contacted Thomaston who offered a full refund including the shipping and handling when I returned it. The auctioneer was very apologetic about having incorrectly described the bracelet, and was very fair in making it right. There was no hassle whatsoever. I appreciate the manner in which I was treated.

I've bid on and added a number of items to my collections. Their Buyers 'Premium is reasonable as are their shipping costs. their descriptions are accurate and the quality is very good.
